Defining Our Resources:
Ubiquitous e-mail
- All Student employees are already used to using email for work - related memos, trading shifts etc.
- ITSS Staff and students tend to have email open constantly while working
- Web / email readily available to student employees at an assigned work station in each lab
Web technology easy and readily available
- Most web editing software creates the front side of forms.
- CGI scripts to make those forms send email are available all over the web and were easy for our programmers to create.
