Output from the Trouble Report Form:

- A simple CGI script generates an email message.
- The email is received by all potential players on our staff.
- The email can be easily forwarded, archived, etc.
- Staff can create a "group respond" - so everyone knows if the problem has been resolved or not.
- The person who generated the report receives all transmissions, too - including feedback as we resolve problems.
