Problem Database Administrator Tools:

The Administrator tool is simply a couple of links to the different options. "Add a new entry" opens the trouble report form you have already seen. Both "Update" options open an existing problem within that same form, allowing me to add text, email the problem to someone else, or mark a problem closed. Finally, reports will be developed so that I can search for patterns using text strings, particular labs, particular problem types, and so on.
