Demonstration:
Reporting a problem - soliciting all of the data
- Location
- Machine number
- Brief Description = header of email
- Full Description = error messages, details, etc.
- Trouble-shooting completed - a prompt for them and also allows us to eliminate possible solutions
- Email / name = they recieve a copy of the report now, and feedback as we resolve problems
