Demonstration:

Reporting a problem - soliciting all of the data

  • Location
  • Machine number
  • Brief Description = header of email
  • Full Description = error messages, details, etc.
  • Trouble-shooting completed - a prompt for them and also allows us to eliminate possible solutions
  • Email / name = they recieve a copy of the report now, and feedback as we resolve problems
