It looks as if we are no different than the monks. They were told what to
belive and think or else they were to die. Today we are told what to
wear, eat, and even what to do in fear of not blending into the norm.
Granted we aren't told as directly as the monks but look around, we have
the TV, newspapers, and other media that influence us everyday. As for
the whole sex scene deal, it's getting alittle out of hand. Come on now
people, it's not like it was a porno. The film I saw was about the monks
and their life at the time. It was supposed to be a learning tool, not a
topic of controversy, but I suppose that everyone is allowed their
opinion.
