Tenant Information:

• No collect calls and no long distance calls are permitted
• Please clean the apartment before you leave so that it is in good condition for the next student.
• St. Mary’s Hospital will provide clean linens for students in the apartments on a weekly basis.
  Pick them up from the Linen Department on the first floor. Before you leave, please pick up clean linen and leave it folded on the bed for the next incoming student.
• Kitchen utensils, dishes, etc are provided.
• You will have to purchase all paper products for the apartment.
• Garbage cans are located by the building – Please take out the trash.
• No pets are allowed.
• The apartment is for student use only.

Security: If you have any problems or need assistance, please call St Mary’s Information @ 726-4636 and ask for Security; they will be paged.

Parking: Parking is on the street for Apartment #1 and in a side lot by the building for Apartment #2.

Apartment Keys: Let Bonnie Peterson, Clerkship Coordinator, know when you will be arriving to stay at the apartment and she will arrange to have keys left for you in the lock box located near the door of the apartment. You will be given a code for the lock box. When leaving the apartment after your rotation is over, please return your keys to the locked box.
