• Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry)

• Cell Biology (Department of Biology)
• Chemical Engineering

• Computer Science
• Computer Information Systems (Department of Computer Science)
• Electrical and Computer Engineering
• Geological Sciences
• Industrial Engineering
• Mathematics (five emphases: applied analyisis, applied discrete, computational, mathematics education, and pre-graduate studies)
• Mechanical Engineering
• Physics (two options: physics, applied physics)
• Statistics and Actuarial Science (Department of Mathematics and Statistics)
