I do not believe that there is a weaker sex and I do not feel that there is any earthy thing which can define strength and weakness for this purpose.
Rather, I feel it is the individual who is weak or strong, regardless of theri sex. The fact that women have often been seen as inferior can not be disputed, but whether or not they really were can. Who defines inferior and what characteristics do we associate with the inferior gender, race or class? Is it poor, weak, humble, submissive? Each of these characteristics can be found in people who have accomplished great things and helped many people as well as lived very happy and fullfilling lives. Therefore, it is up to each person to decide for himself what he deems worthy and rewarding. No book or person can tell you that.
