When I was in Europe last year, I stayed for a year. I know that at least where I was that they didn't have flouride in the water. The kids in elementary school actually took flouride pills everyday. I also went to the dentist there, and the dentist just looked at my teeth and said no cavities. I said is that all, aren't you going to clean my teeth. She seemed surprised that I would want my teeth cleaned, but she said I can clean them if you want me to. So anyways, I guess that most people don't get their teeth cleaned over there, but at least they are starting to give younger people flouride treatments.
