Derive Simpson's rule to approximate the integral from a to b of f(x).
Hint: work with intervals i and i+1 first (assuming i is odd). Find the approximating quadratic ax^2 + bx + c. Integrate this quadratic over intervals i and i+1 together. Add up the contributions for the n/2 pairs of subintervals.
