W. A. Mozart: Serenade in B-flat ("Grand
Partita")
This is Mozart's largest serenade for winds. It is important to note the addition of two
corni di bassetto. These are basset horns, which are a member of the clarinet family. Do not confuse these with the four
corni, or horns, which are scored right below. The
contrabasso part is frequently performed on a contrabassoon.
