VRML Examples.

Examples below were created through ECE 5960 Independent Study. Students participated are Richard Welsh and Michael Duncan. VRML is an acronym for the Virtual Reality Modeling Language. In reality, it is less of modeling language covering only a bare minimum of modeling features, but more of a 3D rendering interchange format. Its applications best fit in 3D rendering of engineering and scientific visualization, architecture, and surface graphics. The book used for this work and recommended is "The Annotated VRML 2.0 Reference Manual" by Rikk Carey and Gavin Bell, Addison-Wesley Developers Press.

To run these examples, you need to install a VRML plugin in your browser. We recommend the Silicon Graphics' Cosmo plugin. To download the Cosmo player click: Cosmo Player Plugin . Also, check out: Silicon Graphics Inc. After installing the plugin, simply ckick below examples.
