Why is everybody putting so much emphasis on one little scene from this movie? I don't think that scene was put into the movie because sex sells or because they thought it would spice it up. It was put in because it was in the book, and it is a very integral part of the story. Edgil isn't sure if he's in love or if he should leave his master, or anything else for that matter. It confuses him, having an earthly love, and that's a huge part of the storyline. I will admit that the scene was a little more graphic than expected, but we have to look past that as adults and remember that it's not included in the film to be degrading to women or anything like that. I also think that Edgil's confusion between love and lust is a very legitimate one, especially at his age and his lack of interaction with women, sexual or any other kind. I didn't notice the fact that the girl's legs were perfectly shaved in the movie, as someone brought up in a nother post. If they were, I think that's moving away from the realistic storyline. Anyway, I'm wondering what everyone else thinks about Edgil wondering if he is in love or not. Put yourself in his shoes and think of how confused you might be..... Ryan Rockers
