I doubt that the position that she had sex with him only to keep him quiet. She was hidden from him, he didn't know she was there. Had she stayed hidden Christian would have gotten out of there thinking that the monk that was looking for her was actually looking for him.

As far as the nudity in the film goes, there has never been a James Bond movie with nudity in it, forcing us to conclude that Hollywood puts nudity in a film because it wants to, not because there was a sex scene.
