I was lazily avoiding schoolwork when I came across an idea for this post. So I was watching Comedy Central, and the game show 'Win Ben Stein's Money' came on. I realized that he really is a renaissance man living in our times. He's done all sorts of things that make the rest of us look like blithering idiots in comparison. He was a speech writer for Nixon, he's writting many books, he's an actor (I'm sure we all remember him as the boring teacher from Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and those silly "Clear Eyes" commercials). He's also an incredibly intelligent man, and watching his game show will prove it. For those of you who haven't seen it, it's like watching Jeopardy, on MUCH more difficult. You're lucky if you get 2 or 3 questions right each game! The contestants are super smart, but then Ben plays against them, and his seemingly unending wit in all categories has made me decide that he is the ultimate in Renaissance men.

Go Ben!
