Hillary-
I thin kall the ideas of what a universal language are probably accurate. Painting, love, music, laughter they are all languages that everyone can understand. I don't think that we really need a universal language though. I think our language is one of the things that makes us unique and who we are. It gives a sense of individuality and culture that others don't have. Sure we may share that with others but that is also what brings the group togther. I think there are alot of things that should be left unsaid between people and cultures and so we really have no need for a definite universal lanuguage. I do agree that all the things that were mentioned as universal languages can be used to help the entire world get along and relate to each other, and maybe someday we will need a universal language but I don't think now is the time.
