Liberal Ed. is great a lot of people tend to look down on lib ed courses, they think they are a waste of time. I don't think they are a waste at all, I don't think that I could have survived my first two years of colledge without them. Learning about the rennaisance is just one of the great things Lib ed can teach us. By learning about all the things that happened back then we get a better understanding of the things aroud us today. That may sound like some sucking up, but there have been studies done that show that people who have gone to some kind of college are less likely to hold prejudices and are more likely to be open to new and different things in the world. That doesn't mean that if you don't go to college you are predjudice, but it just means that haveing that liberal education does in fact open peoples eyes.
