As you complete the following form, remember that group projects rarely “chunk” into opportunities for equal contributions from members and that work time and worth are not synonymous. Circle the number that represents your rating of each member relative to others in the group on each criterion; use 1 as low, 5 as high. You can then use these ratings to develop your final peer evaluation sheet that you turn in.
