Aural Style Sheet Support

As of the date of this writing, less effort seems to have been made in promoting CSS-compliance for aural user agents than for visual ones. Perhaps support for web access through cell phones and the automobiles will help spur on aural stylesheet support. This is how user agents are currently handling aural style sheets.

WinIE stores aural style sheets in the DOM.
Mozilla cascades and computes and stores aural style sheets in the DOM.
Emacspeak renders content using an audio output device affected by the aural properties set in aural style sheets.
No User Agent does exactly what the spec says should happen.
