On Campus Activities
Many of the on-campus activities offered at UMD can be found through the Kirby program board, which you can find here: http://www.d.umn.edu/kpb/. Things they have on campus vary widely to try to appeal to all sorts of people, and they do a pretty good job of that. The activities listed on the calendar for october included: movie nights, a James Bond formal with drinks (non-alcoholic), a root beer float night, a metal music night, a motivational speaker, a trip to a haunted house, etc.

Not all on-campus activities are included on this website, however. A good way to learn about fun things to do on campus is to simply walk around the school and look at the flyers all over the hallways. There are hundreds of flyers hanging in the hallways, most of them advertising events. The most important part of finding on-campus events is the willingness of the person to participate, there is no lack of events offered.
