Inside each of the buildings it will look very "earthy" with trees growing through the floors and continuing through the roof. I also envision having a lot of windows; in some buildings actually replacing all of the walls with windows. It would also have a lot of extremely comfortable furniture, in the coffee shop to be particular, with a large ("real") fireplace. My utopia UMD would be an extremely welcoming place, that almost feels more like a "getaway" place than a college.
