At a Glance
- UMD student athletes and staff completed 3,600 hours of community service in 2017/2018.
- In the 2017/2018 academic year, 8 of 16 Bulldog teams qualified for NCAA II Tournament/National Championship play or a postseason bowl game: men's and women's cross country, football, men's hockey, softball, women's indoor track and field, women's outdoor track and field, and volleyball.
- UMD's 378 student-athletes collectively posted 3.25 grade point average in 2016/2017, an all-time high.
