The UMD Bulldogs won the frozen-four competition against Notre Dame on Thursday, April 7. The Bulldogs will play against the University of Michigan for the championship title on Saturday, April 9 at 6 p.m.
On Saturday, April 9, the UMD Alumni Association is hosting several viewing parties for the championship game:
Grandma's Sports Garden at 425 Lake Avenue South in Duluth
Come early to celebrate with Bulldog fans
Large-screen television with multiple television screens for the game at 6 p.m.
Free and open to the public

Joe Senser's Sports Grill, all Twin Cities locations
Viewing parties start at 5 p.m.

The UMD Alumni Association is organizing a pre-game party at the River Centre located adjacent to the Xcel Energy Center. The party starts at 4 pm and lasts until game time. There will be no game viewing at this location, but it is a good choice for people planning to attend the game. Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be available. The public is welcome to attend. Ticket price is $15 per person. RSVP by calling 1-866-726-7164 with a credit card. Park at the River Centre.
