The UMD Bulldogs are the only university team in Minnesota that has claimed a position to play in the frozen-four hockey game against Notre Dame on Thursday, April 7 at 4 p.m. If the Bulldogs win the Thursday game, they will play for the championship title on Saturday, April 9 at 6 p.m.
On Thursday, April 7, the UMD Alumni Association is hosting several viewing parties for the UMD men's hockey game. Food and beverage specials will be available for purchase at each of the locations:
Clyde Iron Restaurant and Bar at 2910 West Michigan Street
Viewing party starts at 3 p.m.
Large-screen television and multiple television screens for the game at 4 p.m.

The UMD Alumni Association is organizing a pre-game party at 317 on Rice Park, located adjacent to the River Center and Xcel Energy Center. The party starts at 3 pm until game time. There will be no game viewing. Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be available. The public is welcome to attend. Ticket price is $15 per person. RSVP by calling 1-866-726-7164 with a credit card.
