UMD to Hold the Annual
"Nightwalk for Campus Safety"
November 10

UMD will hold "Nightwalk for Campus Safety" on November 10 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Interested neighbors and community members are welcome to join the walk. All participants will meet inside the Kirby Student Center Bus Hub at 6 p.m.

The walk will cover areas both inside and outside of the UMD campus. The purpose of the "Nightwalk" is to inspect the campus for possible safety issues and to create suggestions for future safety improvements.

All participants are encouraged to wear clothing appropriate for walking outside, and to bring a flashlight.

Those who take part in the event will be asked to complete recommendation forms for suggested improvements.

Recommendations can be sent to Finance and Operations, 500 Darland Administration Building, Duluth, MN 55812 by Wednesday, November 25.
