The new online system is designed to be flexible, efficient, and secure - with specific elements to help applicants find the best fit for a career at UMD and the University of Minnesota. Those wishing to apply for a position must complete an application online at https://employment.umn.edu/
According to Judith Karon, UMD Director of Human Resources, special arrangements have been made for community members who do not have access to a computer, or for those who would like assistance with the new system. Persons seeking help should contact the UMD Human Resources office at 218-726-7161 and set an appointment for personal assistance.
In addition, a new UMD Human Resources Information and Services Desk is now located on the first floor of the Darland Administration Building at 1049 University Drive. The desk is open weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
