Congressman James Oberstar will be one of four speakers at the second UMD forum on "Cultural and Global Perspectives on Terrorism"set for Tuesday, February 19 from noon to 1 p.m. in the UMD Kirby Student Center Ballroom. The presentation is free and the public is welcome.

The UMD "Cultural and Global Perspectives on Terrorism"project is sponsored by the deans of UMD's five colleges, the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Administration, and the Kirby Student Center. A third forum will be held in March, with a two-day conference planned for April.
