Notes: These links are here because they are some of the most helpful sites that I have found and used in planning my career. Below is a little summary of what you'll find at each one. Acupuncture.com - anything you wanted to know about acupuncture and more. Natural Healers - this site contains educational information about learning the natural healing arts. It gives a list of schools where one can practice and other information concerning licensure and the like. National Sports Acupuncture Association - gives background on the organization, offers lists of practioners and has some history on the correlation between acupuncture and treating sports medicine injuries. The Sports Medicine Shop - online store to purchase rehabilitation and training devices. Also, it offers the user a chance to ask sports injury questions to certified athletic trainers or read about the more common ones. Northwestern Health Science University - the school's homepage. Tells of the programs they offer and much, much more. American Chiropractic Association - touches on some of the issues surrounding chiropractic. Gives a history of the profession and many of the laws that go along with it. Palmer College of Chiropractic - the school's homepage. Tells of the history of the school and the profession and offers their coursework as well. Activator.com - the activator method is one of the many techniques that can be used by chiropractors. This site gives and overview of what this method is and lists chiropractors who use it. Chiropage - this page answers many questions about chiropractic. It is set up for students, chiropractors and the general public. It is part of the International Chiropractic Online Network.
