This demo is based on Alastair's examples of how the current (very draft) new SCs might fit in, just focusing on guideline 1.4, and assuming we use an additive only approach.
ID numbers are moved to the end of each SC. New 2.1 SCs are inserted topically where they make the most sense.
Use of Color: Color is not used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element. (Level A)
