John Orth creates cast, welded, and assembled sculptures inspired by machines, everyday objects and the human form. Orth’s painting and drawing includes works on paper, canvas and mixed materials. A native of Iowa, Orth studied at the University of Iowa and the New York Studio School, and now makes his home in Minneapolis.
