Evelyn Campbell, MSW, Presents at the Minnesota Association for Children's Mental Health (MACMH) Conference

Evelyn Campbell presented at the Minnesota Association for Children's Mental Health (MACMH) at the DECC on April 24th.  It was a University of Minnesota Special Presentation in a three part series. Evie's topic was "Historical Trauma and Its Effect on American Indian and African American Children and Their Families."  This workshop focused on historical trauma and its impact on American Indian and African American families tracing the history of social policies and analyzing the impact this has had on health issues within both of these communities.
