Stop in at Calm in Library 119 from 2-3pm on Monday, November 20th to practice relaxation techniques that can support better sleep.
About Calm: Join us for brief relaxation sessions in the Library! We will practice a different technique each week intended to help students actively de-stress. Sessions are offered starting the week of September 18th: Mondays, 2-3pm, Wednesdays, 12:15-12:45pm, and Thursdays, 3-4pm. Most sessions will last 30 minutes. Library 119. Just drop-in! Tea and snacks will be available. Sponsored by Health Services, The Kathryn A. Martin Library, and Disability Resources.
