The Office for Students in Transition provides assistance to transfer students through our Advisement & Registration program, Bulldog Welcome Week, and by assisting transfer students in finding specific campus resources. You may access a copy of your Transfer Course Evaluation (TCE) by generating a "What-If" APAS report. To generate a "What-If" APAS report visit this website: http://www.d.umn.edu/students/. Next select "APAS Report" under the "Records" section, enter your student ID number, and select "Generate a 'What-If' APAS report (major shopping)...." Set your filters to UMD, the college with which you are enrolled, and a transfer course evaluation, then generate your report. The online Transfer Credit resources can assist you in better understanding your TCE including uSelect. Transfer Student Connect serves as a point of welcome as you begin your transition to becoming a UMD Bulldog. Transfer Student Connect gives you the opportunity to meet and network with your peers, access information about UMD campus services and resources, familiarize yourself with the UMD campus, and participate in activities and events. We welcome your ideas to create fun and helpful student programming. Please complete this quick survey identifying your areas of interest.
The Transfer Student Task Force is responsible for assessing programs and services to improve the transfer experience at UMD. Stakeholders from across the UMD campus community are utilizing the CAS Self-Assessment Guide for Transfer Student Programs and Services. Weekly meetings are facilitated by Tory White, Transfer Services Program Coordinator, in the Office for Students in Transition. Assessment outcomes and recommendations are forwarded to the Strategic Enrollment Management Council for consideration.
