Change up your routine and try group fitness!
The group fitness program is for both the UMD and surrounding community. We offer yoga, strength, spinning, pilates, and Zumba, to name just a few. There is most likely a class or two that fits your fitness level and interests. All of our instructors are nationally certified and highly motivated.
September 5 - December 8
Meet: SpHC 96 (Gold room) unless indicated otherwise.
Passes can be purchased in SpHC 153.
$55 Full-Time Students and Part-Time Students with a membership.
$70 Part-Time Students without a membership
$75 Faculty & Staff
$150 Others including dependents
$10 Day Pass
No Refunds. $5 fee for lost passes.
