Internal Billing Authorization Form

Internal Billing Authorization forms can only be used when no cash payments are to be paid directly to the student, and the payment is restricted to any of the following:

  • The student’s tuition charges, or a percentage of the tuition charges
  • Specific University fees
  • University student insurance plan charges
  • On-campus housing charges, or a percentage of the housing charges

There are strict deadlines for using the Internal Billing Authorization form because payments made this way must be submitted before any other payments are made to the student’s account, and before the due date of the first student bill for the award term. Use the quick link for the billing and due dates for each term.

If you have missed the due date for the award term, use the BA25 form to pay the award. Do not use the Internal Billing Authorization form for tuition waivers, regents scholarships or graduate tuition assistantships.
