The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) Urban and Regional Studies Program and the UMD Center for Community and Regional Research will present the fifth in their series of "brown bag" lectures.

In his speech titled, Housing Issues in Duluth", Mr. O'Neil will cover topics such as:

  • What common interests do student renters and other renters in Duluth have?
  • What can be done to improve the quality of rental housing in Duluth?
  • What changes are on the horizon?
