UMD Urban Studies Program and the UMD Center for Community and Regional Research present the 2nd in the 2002 Spring Semester Brown Bag Series on Wednesday, March 27 from noon to 1 p.m. in UMD Kirby Student Center, Room 323.
Featured speaker will be James McGinnis, Head of the Mayor's Economic Steering Committee. His topic will be "A Businessman's Perspective on What's Right and Wrong with Duluth".
