Through the facilitation of peer-to-peer collaborative networks, which foster the development of a strong foundation in academic knowledge and learning skills, the Supportive Services Program (SSP) supports all students to be academically successful.

 

Tutoring – free drop-in tutoring for all students by qualified and trained peer
tutors
Supplemental Instruction – structured review sessions associated with
specified courses
Learning Strategies – courses and workshops on how to be a
successful college learner
Developmental Courses – courses in basic writing and math skills
Foundations Program – program for mastering basic academic skills
through collaborative study and tutoring
Peer Educator Training – Instructional courses and structured
practicum on how to be peer tutors and teaching assistants
Advising – academic advising and consultations on academic success
