Student Computer Labs: Printing

Changes to UCard or Cash Card Printing:

The cash to card system has been replaced. All U Cards work with the new system. Old Campus Cash Cards do not work with the new system. We will provide a replacement.

If you had money on your U Card before Fall Semester 2013, you will need to visit the Cashier's Window in DAdB Lobby to get the money transferred into the new system.

You must transfer value before December 20, 2013. After that, the old system will be shut down and there will be no way to transfer value from old to new.

If you have remaining value on an old "campus cash" card, bring that to the cashier's window in the DAdB Lobby and they will transfer that value into a new account for you. They will also provide a replacement Campus Cash Card to replace your old one.

To transfer value from old system to new, and/or to get a new campus cash card: Visit the Cashier's Window: DAdB Lobby weekdays 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

We expect the new system to be easy to use and to have added security and convenience, but there will be some inconvenience for end users who need to transfer value from the old system to the new one.

See full terms and conditions for new declining balance campus cash program at:

We use a pay-per-print system with the following charges:

Size Black & White or Color Amount
8.5x11 Black & White $.05
11x17 Black & White $.20
8.5x11 Color $1.00
11x17 Color $2.50

You can add printing dollars to your UCard by using a Cash-to-Card machine in Kirby Student Center, in the library, or in Swenson Science Building. You can also purchase a guest print card from these machines or from the Cashiers on first floor Darland.

If your print job doesn't print, go to the TechCenter at Kirby Plaza 165 or the consultant station on the first floor of the library, and we will reprint your job for you. If you don't want a reprint, you can fill out a form for a refund of losses over $1. We cannot refund losses under $1.
