UMD Tech Camp on Indefinite Hiatus

November 24, 2014: Application forms available
December 12, 2014: Applications with department head comment and signature due to dean
December 19, 2014: Applications sent by dean to Associate VCAA Kim Riordan
January 6, 2015: Participants announced
January 12 - February 6, 2015: Participants consult with Amanda, Kara or Bruce to turn course goals into measurable objectives.
February 9 - April 26, 2015: Tech Camp online


  • Your final report should include detailed information about how you have met, or will shortly meet, what was in your Tech Camp application. Please send your final report via email to Jason Davis.
  • Your incentive funding will not be released until you have completed all Tech Camp assignments and demonstrated through your report that you have completed what was in your application. You must show that the course(s) you identified in your original proposal, or a substitute course, has or shortly will be offered online, based on your work at Tech Camp.
