Housing contracts for current residents will be available beginning on Febuary 18 at the Housing Office.

New student housing application-contracts are available on-line for admitted students.

Stadium Apartments will close after Spring 2013.

Mail Service

Residents who subscribe to magazines/journals should notify the appropriate publishers of a change of address at least six weeks prior to the change.

First class mail will be forwarded for 90 days; magazines are forwarded for three weeks.

Postage stamps are available in Kirby Student Center and from the UMD Bookstore. Residents receiving packages will have a package notice placed in their mailbox and may pick up their package the next day. Each resident will receive a mailbox key at the time of check in. Mailboxes are located in each residential living area.
