Non-faculty access to the course guide

Non-faculty access to the course guide can be provided to a specific individual other than the primary instructor if requested by the department head.

By giving access to a non-faculty individual, access to all primary instructors for a specific course will be eliminated. Consequently should a primary instructor need to change something for their course in the course guide, the non faculty individual would have to do this or the department head would have to submit a request to override "non-faculty" access for individual sections of a single course.

Step One: The course guide access form for the non-faculty individual can be requested by the department head by emailing Nancy Burley at

Step Two: Once access is granted to the non-faculty individual, the department head must contact Nancy Burley at for specific course access.

Step Three: If access needs to be restored to the primary instructor, the request to override the non-faculty individual access needs to be made by the department head to Nancy Burley at
