Want to fully enjoy eating?
Intuitive Eating is a non-dieting approach to eating that honors your taste buds and your health. These sessions will help you explore relationships between our thoughts/behaviors with food, perception of body image, and societal expectations. This process can help you to find an eating and activity style that work for you.
Sessions will include a variety of media and activities, including video clips, pictures, reflection, and mindful eating.

This is a free program provided to all UMD Faculty and Staff.
*UPlan Members: By attending 6 out of 8 available sessions, you will earn 250 Wellbeing Points, if you have not already completed group health coaching during the 2017-2018 academic year).
