Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
Essentia Health offers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, an 8-week course offering highly effective tools to help you reach your stress management goals.
UPlan members, attend 7 out of 8 sessions and earn 150 wellbeing points, that will count toward your 2020 Health Insurance Reduction, and receive up to $100 reimbursement
