  • Get help with revamping favorite family recipes in a health conscious way

  • This is usually done 2-3 sessions, but is flexible depending on your preference.  Bring your recipe(s) to your first visit and we will discuss your interests/health concerns.  At your second visit I will provide a revamped version of your recipe.  You can try it at home and return for a final visit to discuss and further tweak if desired.
