Individual Nutrition Coaching Sessions

  • Amanda Joyce, MS RD, is available to support you and offer guidance with your nutrition.  

  • Sessions are low pressure, are at your own pace, and are based on what you would like for yourself. Depending on your interests, we can discuss a variety of topics (weight management, management of diabetes or cardiovascular disease, sports nutrition, food allergy/intolerance, and many other concerns).

  • UPlan members earn 250 Wellbeing Points after attending 4 sessions, unless they already received points for face-to-face coaching during the 2017-2018 academic year.  Contact joyce212@d.umn.edu with questions.
