Individual Nutrition Coaching Sessions
Amanda Joyce, MS RD, is available to support you and offer guidance with your nutrition.
Sessions are low pressure, are at your own pace, and are based on what you would like for yourself. Depending on your interests, we can discuss a variety of topics (weight management, management of diabetes or cardiovascular disease, sports nutrition, food allergy/intolerance, and many other concerns).

UPlan members earn 250 Wellbeing Points after attending 4 sessions, unless they already received points for face-to-face coaching during the 2017-2018 academic year. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
