150 Wellbeing Points

This program is aimed to help individuals feel comfortable starting a new practice or to help those individuals already practicing to feel more confident, deepening their personal practice.  UPlan members are eligible to receive a 50% reimbursement of costs and will receive 150 wellbeing points if they attend 13 of 16 sessions. See details below.

Yoga 101 is focused on the following:

  • Movement with breath
  • Anatomical alignment and body positioning
  • Self-empowerment
  • Mind-Body connection

Fall 2017 Sessions 

  • Days & Times: M/W 12:00-12:45
  • Dates: October 2 - November 22

  • Location: SpHC 33

  • Cost: 199* Eligible for 50% Reimbursement (see details below)

Employees and their spouses who are UPlan policyholders are eligible for a reimbursement of 50% (up to $100) of the $199 registration fee  (NEW: Lifetime reimbursements have gone away, which means that a UPlan employee is eligible to receive this reimbursement for one fitness class each new program year). Participants must attend at least 13 of the 16 classes, and create an account (see below). When requirements are met, 150 Wellbeing points will be awarded and $100 will be reimbursed in the form of an electronic deposit into the participant’s checking or savings account within 6-8 weeks of course completion**.
