150 Wellbeing Points

This program is aimed to help individuals feel comfortable starting a new practice or to help those individuals already practicing to feel more confident, deepening their personal practice.  UPlan members are eligible to receive a 50% reimbursement of costs and will receive 150 wellbeing points if they attend 13 of 16 sessions. Yoga 101 is focused on the following:

  • Movement with breath
  • Anatomical alignment and body positioning
  • Self-empowerment
  • Mind-Body connection

Although we will not be holding a Spring 2018 session for Yoga 101, stay tuned as we'll bring this program back in the future.
