150 Wellbeing Points
This program is aimed to help individuals feel comfortable starting a new practice or to help those individuals already practicing to feel more confident, deepening their personal practice. UPlan members are eligible to receive a 50% reimbursement of costs and will receive 150 wellbeing points if they attend 13 of 16 sessions. See details below.
Yoga 101 is focused on the following:
- Movement with breath
- Anatomical alignment and body positioning
- Mind-Body connection
