Tacos de Chapuline

(Grasshopper Tacos)

1/2 pound medium-sized grasshoppers
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
Salt
2 ripe avocados, mashed
6 tortillas (corn or flour)

Roast grasshoppers for 10 minutes in a 350-degree oven. Toss with garlic, lemon juice, and salt to taste. Spread mashed avocado on tortilla. Sprinkle on roasted hoppers, to taste.
