Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning Core Values Subcommittee

The Strategic Planning Core Values Subcommittee drafted a set of core values that will guide the UMD campus as it pursues its mission and works towards achieving the campus vision and goals. These core values were available for public comment and were recommended by the Strategic Planning Steering Committee and approved by Chancellor Black.

The members of the Core Values Subcommittee included:

  • Denny Falk, Chair, Social Work
  • Kit Hautamaki, University Relations
  • Jenny McCabe, UMD Student
  • Molly Minkkinen, Education
  • Michael Pfau, Communication
  • Julie Westlund, Career Services
