All members present; meeting convened at 9:00 a.m.

1. Review of modifications to Student Academic Complaints policy as proposed by Graduate Program Council. No objections to the revisions. Policy will be forwarded to the Dean.
2. Review and discussion of a draft Incomplete Grade Policy. Jackie will clarify the grade lapsing process, incorporate modifications, and a second review will occur at the next meeting.
